These days the latest flash has a component that loads pics from a folder by simply setting some variables - this I did and then repeated the scene for the number of posters we wanted - then added some fade in and out animations plus an invisible button to click through to ticketing - all is good so far.
Finally I put together a simple upload pass word protected area that allowed a user to login, upload posters taken from various sources and change the names of the files to the correct names that I already set in the flash - click upload and everything is uploaded to the correct place on the folder.
